New Henderson Happy Hour Deals
Our traditional Happy Hour menu is full of options, but we’re unveiling new dishes that we’re sure you’ll love.
Try our Shrimp Ceviche for a delicious dish. With avocado, pickled red onions, and cilantro vinaigrette, this dish is packed full of flavor.
We’re also delighted to offer two vegan dishes. Our Vegan Crispy Avocado Tacos and Vegan Tomato Soup follow vegan diets, but they’re so delicious that we’re sure they’ll be popular with all of our guests.
Traditional Mexican Happy Hour Dishes
Our traditional Happy Hour dishes are made with the fresh, quality ingredients that Borracha is known for. Start out with an order of our Cheese Quesadillas, complete with all of the fixings, or our Chicken Nachos which come loaded with pickled onions and jalapenos, jalapeno cheese, Arbol salsa, cream, and, of course, pico de gallo. We’re ready for summer with our Roasted Summer Corn Salad, which features grilled corn, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and cotija cheese vinaigrette.
Next, move on to our tacos, tostadas, and empanadas. Our Street Tacos are available with either Achiote chicken or carne asada steak. Cinnamon and Soffritto roasted tomato sauce give our Beef Empanadas plenty of flavor. And, our Crunchy Chicken Toastadas loaded with black beans, sweet corn, and poblano crème are always a favorite.
Don’t forget to order our Chipotle Buffalo Wings to share with the whole table. They’re paired with tomatillo ranch and fresh veggies.
