Roasted Corn Salad: Think salad is boring? You may want to change your tune after you try our fresh, bountiful Roasted Corn Salad at Borracha! This salad features a variety of flavors, textures, and ingredients that make it a beauty to behold and a true pleasure to eat. 

What will you find in this salad? So much good stuff. It’s got naturally sweet grilled corn, soft and rich cotija cheese, cherry tomatoes, panela cheese, black beans, pickled red onion, red bell pepper, jicama, and cotija cheese vinaigrette. 

It’s a hearty salad that can be paired with another app or side dish to make a light meal, or perfect to share as a healthy start to your dinner. 

Brown Rice Bowls: For those who prefer to avoid gluten, are currently avoiding flour tortillas, or just want to focus on a high protein, nutrient-dense eating plan, Borracha’s got just the thing. Our Brown Rice Bowls make eating healthy a pleasure.

Note: What is gochujang sauce? It’s an Asian condiment that really packs some sweet heat. It’s a fermented chili powder that is made with starchy glutinous rice that gives it a unique sweet-yet-spicy finished flavor. It is traditionally made in an earthenware cooking vessel called a jangdok, which is where the sauce gets the latter part of its name. Gochu means chili pepper. 

Veggie Fajitas: This is a vegan delight, but even meat eaters who are taking a break from animal protein will love going green for this menu item, which is chock full of delicious and flavorful veggies.
